The platform eliminates the inefficiency of informal job allocation by providing a structured digital exchange where companies post delivery jobs, drivers compete through a transparent bidding system, and both parties manage their financial records in one place.
Freight and courier companies have long relied on informal phone calls, WhatsApp groups, CX , and spreadsheets to find and manage freelance drivers. Drivers, unless using CX, have no structured way to discover jobs, track earnings, or access financial records. LogisticxExchange replaces this fragmented process with a single, secure web platform purpose-built for the logistics sector. Although thee intention is not to replace CX it is, however, commited to giving a reliable, cost affective alternative.

### How It Works
1. A
**company** posts a job with delivery details and requirements.
2. The job becomes visible to all **drivers**, who submit competitive bids.
3. The company reviews bids and **awards** the job to their preferred driver.
4. The driver **accepts** and moves the job into progress, completing it on the road.
5. On completion, an **invoice is generated automatically** and linked to the job record.
6. The driver marks the invoice **paid**, closing the job lifecycle end-to-end — all within LEX.
